Fabrication
We offer several techniques and will advise on each job separately.
However it is true to say that sewing is the most cost effective and highest strength method for connecting textiles (which of course includes webbing)
Any method which involves the melting or cutting of the fibres will reduce the effectiveness of the matrix of self-equalising threads that characterises textiles.
Abrasion can of course damage stitching but stitching can be protected.
For special needs we can shape and hole webbing and fabric in any way, using our laser machine.
In addition we offer a full range of riveting, eyeleting and studding options, plus Velcro.
